IBG Fox & Fin initiated and facilitated the sale, which closed April 4. Managing director Lance Meilech (pictured) led the transaction team.
The terms of the transaction are not disclosed at the parties’ requests.
Founded in 2013, Crestline Advisors supports health plans, provider organizations, and state government agencies with an array of services designed to help them navigate the changing healthcare landscape.

Both parties to the transaction expressed their appreciation in post-closing messages to Lance Meilech.
